Cazenovia Rowing Club

Mission Statement:

Get Rowers on the Water

About Cazenovia Rowing Club:

The Cazenovia Rowing Club (CRC) is both a recreational and competitive rowing club located on the south end of Cazenovia Lake in Upstate New York; the gateway to the Finger Lakes. The club provides rowers over the age of 18 and with varying levels of experience with the opportunity to try out or continue to enjoy the sport of rowing.

CRC is proud to have introduced the lifetime sport of rowing to a broad range of people - from preteens to retirees. We offer coached programs designed to address the rowing needs of adult novice to master rowers. Many of our previous scholastic rowers have gone on to row in colleges.

CRC is a non-profit organization, a member of the United States Rowing Association (USRA), and dedicated to providing rowing opportunities to any adult member of the community who is interested in rowing.

The CRC is a not-for-profit organization that operates within the oversight of the Town of Cazenovia and the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historical Preservation – Central Region. Dues are used for insurance, postage, coaching, equipment, etc. and are not tax deductible. All donations to the CRC are tax deductible.

A copy of the Town of Cazenovia’s Resolution for the Use of a Portion of Gypsy Bay Park is supplied annually to the CRC membership.
